High Point is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and High Point follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I always love their Hazelnut coffee, that will never change. But today they did me dirty. While in to get a cup of coffee, I asked if they had any bananas. The lady at the register said yes and put one in a bag for me and charged me about $1. But when I got to work I opened the bag to see a nasty over ripe, sticky mashed banana with a hole in it. What the hell? Apparently this person doesn't have enough sense to say, we have it but it doesn't look great, maybe I won't sell it. Just poor service and garbage. Maybe they don't eat enough fruit to know what is normal and when to throw something out. Nasty. I don't think I'll be back. Careful what you eat there, sounds like their standards are poor.

Ordered at 12:49 PM for two bread bowls with broccoli cheddar soup and a Caesar salad, with an estimated pickup time of 1:02 PM. My daughter went to pick it up and sat in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes without it moving at all. At 1:05 PM, I got an email saying the order was running late, but she had already been waiting. She went inside to check, and at 1:14 PM I received another email saying the order was ready, but it was not. The food was not actually ready until 1:41 PM, almost 40 minutes past the original pickup time. She was told they were waiting on bread bowls because they had just come out of the oven and could not be cut for 20 minutes or they would go flat. That is understandable, but what was not okay was that no alternatives were offered, no refund for the bread bowls was suggested, and no one seemed interested in resolving the situation while she waited. Between the inaccurate notifications, long wait, and lack of customer service, this was a really frustrating experience.

I just went through the drive-thru. I tried to make friendly conversation with the girl at the window, but she simply was not the friendly conversation type. That's okay, she was polite enough. I get home though, and I didn't get the chicken noodle soup I ordered, I got some kind of glob of something so thick it can hardly be called soup that has rice in it. I assume it's chicken and rice, and the cup is about 2/3 full. The half grilled cheese is cold and not really toasted. For the amount of money I paid for this slop I did not order, this cold half sandwich and a tea, I could have gone to Longhorn for a table service lunch. I'm going to try to add some hot water to this slop in this cup and see if I can turn it into soup, but really even if it was good, and it is not; even if it's what I ordered, and it is not, a half a sandwich and a cup of soup that's not even full with a drink is not worth the amount of money they charge you, and on top of that they've had a recent price increase and their containers have shrunk in size. They are price gouging, and their food simply is not worth the price, even if you are lucky enough to get what you ordered.

Will NEVER get my business again! First I attempted to order a blueberry bagel and despite all the abundance amount of blueberry bagels on the rack behind them they didn’t want to sell it to me because they were saving it for a future order. Then I went through the drive thru and after waiting 25 minutes in line, at first they wouldn’t accept my gift card. Telling me my gift card didn’t have money on it and was trying to keep it. But once it was swiped in front of me, it mysteriously worked. I swapped out the blueberry bagel for a cinnamon crunch bagel but when I opened my bag it contained a loaf of dough that appeared to look like a danish. I went back inside to asked about this mystery dough and I was told by the manager that they did not have all the ingredients and only made and sold what they had. When I asked for my money back after the multiple disappointments, I was informed I needed to give them the gift card that they kept in the drive thru back. I advised them multiple times that the gift card was never given back to me after my order was placed in the drive thru and this seemed ti be a problem. The manager, Chase, was no help as well. Walking away while I was talking to

No coffee or 1/2 and 1/2,and when went to let staff know about it, I was greeted with an attitude (slim female in a blue shirt) and then this is what I received. The sloppiest breakfast sandwich ever. Recently I had came for breakfast with my son and waited a while for my order. Panera followed up with an email apologizing for the delay and to give them another chance. After today, I don’t think I can. After scrolling through the reviews, I will not.
